If you are not happy with your goods we offer a free returns process within the UK only using Royal Mail

Non-faulty Goods
Goods must be returned within the cancellation period; this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 14 days later. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed. Items returned outside the above time frames are only accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded as an 'on-line store credit'.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, please follow the procedure outlined below to request a RN and to return the goods. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a refund or replacement.

Hygiene - Please note that in the interests of hygiene, all earrings cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.

All Goods

All returned items must have a Return Number (RN). You may obtain a RN by calling 01252 533 561 within the cancellation period. This RN number should be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a RN. Our return address is detailed on a pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods, if for any reason the address label is not contained in the parcel please call 01252 533 561.

All goods which have been returned in line with the Returns and Refunds policy will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes but excluding shipping charges unless the item is faulty.
